1. Return & Refund Window

• You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
• Used products or products damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.

3. Shipping Costs

• Camp Kitty will bear shipping costs for exchanging defect items.

  • Products that are returned after the 14-day return window.
  • Products that have been opened from their packaging.
  • Products that are not returned in their original packaging.
